Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
Supporting care plans and nursing staff
Promoting dignity, respect, and independence
Keeping accurate records of care provided
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and conversation

Previous experience in health or social care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
