- Assist with daily personal care, hygiene, and maintaining dignity 🛁

- Provide emotional support and social stimulation through group activities 🎨
- Prompt/administer medications according to care plans 💊
- Maintain care records and report concerns to the team 📋
- Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families 🤝
