Are you ready to build a career as a Care Assistant (SOC 6135) in the UK?
We’re hiring for multiple care homes managed by Advinia Health Care Ltd, one of the UK’s largest providers.
You’ll receive a 5-year Skilled Worker Visa, work in a regulated care home, and help residents live with dignity and care.
Male and female applicants are welcome.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide hands-on personal care to residents
- Help with hygiene, dressing, and washing
- Assist with food preparation and feeding
- Encourage residents to join activities and social events
- Support mobility using hoists and other aids
- Prompt or administer medication according to care plans
- Maintain accurate daily care records
- Communicate respectfully with residents and families
