🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and person-centred care to service users
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs
Support with medication administration (if trained)
Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in condition
Promote dignity, independence, and respect at all times
🔹 Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Basic training certificates preferred (e.g., Manual Handling, First Aid)
