Key Responsibilities:

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently.
• Assist with daily living tasks including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Manage appointments, medication prompts, and community access.
• Encourage residents to develop life skills and achieve personal goals.
• Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of daily life.
• Engage residents in activities, outings, and community participation.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing finances where needed.
• Maintain accurate records including support plans and incident reports.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control protocols.
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.
• Respond to challenging behaviours using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
