✔ Deliver person-centred care to residents in a care home setting
✔ Assist with personal care: washing, dressing, feeding, toileting
✔ Support mobility and moving & handling procedures
✔ Assist in medication administration (if required)
✔ Engage residents in activities for well-being
✔ Maintain accurate care records
✔ Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
✔ Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and infection control policies
✔ Comply with all health & safety and CQC regulations
✅ Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Legally in the UK on Tier 2, PSW, Student, or Family Route
