Chef Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality Nigerian dishes.
- Manage kitchen stock and order supplies.
- Control food costs for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Waitress Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders and serve food & beverages.
- Keep dining area clean and tidy.
- Process customer payments accurately.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Chef applicants: knowledge of Nigerian cuisine is a plus.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
