🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead daily sales operations and drive performance
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Develop strategic sales plans and growth targets
✅ Mentor and manage junior sales staff
✅ Monitor competitors and market shifts
✅ Create forecasts, budgets, and reports
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
